Privacy policy for Fly Figures

In short: Fly Figures does not collect any data. Ninna AS does not receive, see or store anything about the people who play.

Who we are

Fly Figures is made by Ninna AS, organisation number 916 872 208, Norway. Contact: kristian@ninna.no.

What the app stores, and where

To let each child have their own profile, the app saves the following only on the device:

• the first name or nickname typed in for each player profile, and the age chosen,
• scores, best scores and progress in the game,
• settings such as music on or off and game speed.

This information never leaves the device. It is not sent to Ninna AS or to anyone else. On iPhone and iPad, the app's data may be included in your own iCloud or device backup if you have turned that on, like other app data. On Android, the app's data is not included in backups. Ninna AS has no access to any backups.

What the app does not do

• It makes no internet connections.
• It has no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
• It has no accounts, no chat and no in-app purchases.
• It does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.

Deleting data

A grown-up can delete everything from the grown-up menu in the app (Delete all). Deleting the app also deletes all its data from the device.

Children

Fly Figures is made for children aged 5–13. Because we collect no personal data, we hold nothing about any child. The grown-up menu is behind a parental gate.

This website

This website uses no cookies and no analytics. It is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages; see the GitHub privacy statement.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
